Ascendia is an eLearning company based in Bucharest, Romania. We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help us deliver our educational B2B and B2C products and services both to romanian clients and global audiences. The position will be won by a proactive candidate with a proven track record.
The manager will have to:
– understand the elearning product development process
– identify new business opportunities and nurture current business relationships
– conduct presentations
– generate leads
– produce proposals and bid responses
– negotiate and close contracts

Requirements:
– 3+ Years of Experience in the eLearning Sector on a Sales/Marketing team
– University Degree
– Excellent spoken and written English skills
– Experience in selling to clients (local and international) in sectors such as Pharma, Telecom, Financial Services, Retail, IT – is a big plus
– Experience in selling to National Ministries of Education outside of Romania – is a plus
