Grammar school Eugen Kumicic Opatija would like to exchange ideas and thoughts with schools from other European countries on the following topic: Can we preserve for future generations what our ancestors left to us?
Grammar school Eugen Kumicic Opatija is a small co-educational school with about 250 pupils. The school is located in Opatija, a small tourist town close to Rijeka, a big industrial town on the north of the Adriatic sea.
The pupils have a great variety of interests, like any pupils at the 14 to 18 stage of their lives. The topic we would like to discuss with our counterparts from other European countries might be: The Ancient History of Art and Architecture Polluted by 21st Century Negligence – or to put it plainly: Can we preserve for future generations what our ancestors left to us?
