Description
- Drives researching and analyzing training information, tracks financial metrics, compiles data, formulates necessary reports, coordinates work processes, and performs other established operational and logistical procedures aligned to business processes;
- Interfaces with project leads, operational managers, vendors, finance and procurement representatives, trainers and training participants regarding ordering and invoicing, training logistics, facility arrangements, and materials;
- Coordinates implementation of programs (planning enrollments, sending invitations, feedback analysis, ensuring logistics for curses);
- Administers KM&T tools and supports KM&T website administration;
- Constantly works on the improvement of administrative processes related to training
- Manages small to large projects as assigned;
- Coaches and drives process improvement to ensure multiple team support performance metrics are met.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:
- First level university degree, advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience;
- Typically 2 – 5 years’ experience in driving L&D processes;
- Managing moderate to large projects;
- Finance knowledge is an advantage.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Strong Computer/MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point, Share Point);
- Basic accounting and invoicing skills;
- Strong knowledge of training function processes and programs;
- Strong collaboration, communication, administrative, problem solving/troubleshooting skills;
- Very good networking /interpersonal skills;
- Positive , adaptable and learning model;
- Demonstrated passion for customer ;
- Knowledge about L&D new tools and strategies on the market is an advantage.
